She immediately created a plan and her strategy proved flawless! She quickly followed up with all the necessary paperwork and priced our home just right to attract tons of interest. She is very detailed oriented and has great communication skills. When we had questions, she spent the time to explain and provided clear reasoning. These traits along with a super friendly disposition really helped us with the inevitable stresses of packing and selling. We needed an extra two weeks to clear out 30+ years of belongings and used that time to take care of minor repairs and touch-ups. Because of our travel schedule, we felt our agent had to not only handle all aspects of our sale but also communicate effectively with us as we traveled. After our first strategy session, we knew we had made a great choice. We left town, and immediately Fereshteh staged and arranged for the photographer to shoot our home. She had him re-shoot two of our rooms so the photo angles would show best in the various online and media publications she chose. She prepared an elegant brochure to best depict what a future buyer would be searching for and present our home in the best light. She went online on a Wednesday; there were two weekend open houses and a broker tour. Her sales strategy worked. We sold over asking and had multiple bids.
