"Competent, experienced professional and a great communicator. My wife and I have moved 18 times and have experienced several real estate agents prior to engaging Fereshteh. Because of our travel schedule, we felt our agent had to not only handle all aspects of our sale but also communicate effectively with us as we traveled. After our first strategy session, we knew we had made a great choice. We left town, and immediately Fereshteh staged and arranged for the photographer to shoot our home. She had him re-shoot two of our rooms so the photo angles would show best in the various online and media publications she chose. She prepared an elegant brochure to best depict what a future buyer would be searching for and present our home in the best light. She went online on a Wednesday; there were two weekend open houses and a broker tour. Her sales strategy worked. We sold over asking and had multiple bids. She still checks in regularly to see if she can assist in any way. It doesn't get much better than that."
